Admin Concierge

We are seeking detail-oriented, motivated candidates to join our team.

In this job, you will assist with order processing, customer support and canvas portrait production.

Job Description:

  • Perform the roles of administration, quality, and on time order control for customer orders.

  • Communicates with customers regarding order status by phone, email, and US mail.

  • Outbound calls new customers daily in order to support marketing initiatives.

  • Receives incoming order and prepares outbound photo projects.

  • Reviews quality of our products.

  • Prints, frames, packages and ships our products.

  • Creates shipping tickets, and tracking.

  • Delivers to carriers by end of each day.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Committed to following exact protocols.

  • Types minimum 55+ WPM for high speed order processing.

  • Focused on business matters exclusively at work.

  • Open to constructive critiques and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. 

  • Comfortable working with light (less than 4lb.) air compressed tools.

  • Safety conscious and aware.

  • Punctual for all scheduled shifts.

  • Self motivated and responsible with excellent time management skills.


More about this position:

  • Pay starts at $16.50 per hour.

  • Eligible for full time employment and benefits after 3 month review after successful certification

  • in all job training. 

  • Relaxed office culture with music, snacks, drinks and casual dress code. 

  • Benefits includes: 401K, paid time off, health and wellness allowance, paid commuter costs, and regular offsite team activities.
