Photo Studio Assistant

We are seeking detail-oriented, motivated candidate to join our teams as a Photo Studio Assistant.

 

Responsibilities:

 

In your role as a full time Photo Studio Assistant you will have a great variety of responsibilities to keep our studio running smoothly, and ensure on-time delivery of orders to customers.

 

Photo Production Services

 

  • Photoshop preflight services

  • Large format printing

  • Dye sublimation printing

  • Canvas stretching

  • Artwork packaging

  • Photo quality review

  • Delivery of packages to Post Office

 

Facility

 

  • Ordering products for facility

  • Managing key access

  • Liase with vendors

  • Shipping and Handling

  • Office paperwork filling and scanning

  • Facility upkeep

  • Pick up/drop off jobs at Staples copy center

  • Checking company Post Office box

Customer Support

 

  • Daily order tracking

  • Follow up calls for on-time delivery

  • New account follow up

  • Customer goodwill phone calls

  • New order administration

  • Prepare new customer welcome kits

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Photoshop experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Mac and PC proficient

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Studio / Office Experience

  • Spanish fluency preferred

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Reliable car

  • Typing proficiency of 55wpm or greater

  • Excellent time-management and punctuality

  • Ability to work independently

 

Pay and Benefits:

 

Pay starts at $15.00 per hour. 1-week paid training is provided. You will be eligible for company benefits after one year of employment, which include paid time off, health care reimbursement, and 401K.
