Photo Order Administrator Full Time and Part Time positions

Seeking new hires to join our February virtual training class 

We are seeking detail-oriented, motivated candidates to assist with photo order processing, quality review of online orders, and excellence in customer support. Photography enthusiasts are welcome to apply!

  • You enjoy speaking to customers from around the world. 

  • You are truly fluent in English/Spanish. You will make and receive support calls from our international customers in Spanish-speaking countries.

  • You like process and efficiency. You are focused on doing things correctly the first time, every time.

  • You can handle taking and giving constructive criticism well.

  • You are available for a variety of shifts. 


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Genuine fluency in Spanish is *required* with preference given to native Spanish speakers.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays.

  • A passion for photography and photo editing a plus!

  • Type 55+ WPM for high speed order processing.

  • Excellent time management.

  • Punctuality.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Self motivated and responsible.

  • Open availability including graveyard shift preferred.


Work from Home Requirements:

During COVID-19 Stay-at-home orders, we require the ability to work and train from home. The following must be available at your remote work location in order to apply for this position.

  • A single, secure, and private designated work environment- you may not work from multiple or public locations.

  • A quiet work environment free from inside and outside distractions.

  • A designated laptop or desktop computer. No tablets or mobile devices permitted.

  • Reliable internet service.



More about this position:

  • Pay starts at $13.50 per hour. 

  • Paid training is provided.
