Job Description Part 1:  PHOTO ADMIN CONCIERGE

• Perform the roles of administration, quality, and on time order control for customer orders.

• Receives incoming order and prepares outbound photo projects.

• Reviews and critiques photo requests and quality with our photo repair artist.

• Regulates on time delivery of all photo projects. 

• Communicates with customers regarding order status by phone, email, and US mail.

• Outbound calls new customers daily in order to support marketing initiatives.

 

Job Description Part 2:  PORTRAIT CRAFT

• Prints, frames, packages and ships canvas portrait products.

• Creates shipping tickets, packaging, and tracking.

• Delivers to carriers by end of each day.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Committed to following exact protocols.

• Open to constructive critiques and committed to continuous improvement.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. 

• Comfortable working with light (less than 4lb.) air compressed tools.

• Safety conscious and aware

• Types minimum 55+ WPM for high speed order processing.

• Focused on business matters exclusively at work

• Punctual for all scheduled shifts.

• Self motivated and responsible with excellent time management skills

 

More about this position:

• Pay starts at $15.00 per hour for 3 month training internship.

• Eligible for full time employment and benefits after 3 month review after successful certification

• in all job training.
